Exchange and Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange or return the product provided to them by the store within (5) days following the date of receipt. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after the expiration of (5) days.
2- For an exchange or return to be valid, the product must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges and returns, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured at the consumer's request or according to specifications they provided, except for products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications provided by the consumer.
2- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.
